Bus Transportation to WDW from HIFS

I am beginning to worry about our choice not to rent a car when we go in October. We are doing Tiffany from airport and back.

I am reading all of these awful stories about the transportation in WDW.

Can anybody shed any light on what the shuttle is like from HIFS to WDW?

How often does the shuttle run?

Is it a mob to catch the shuttle back in the evenings and is this one of those shuttles that a bunch of hotels share?

We rented a car, but I did use the shuttle two days when my dh had the car to play golf. When I was there (at Easter time) they ran about every hour all morning to each park. They do not share any buses with other hotels. They started return trips at 1:00 PM, since that is what we used, I cannot answer your question about how packed they are on the return trip. We were happy with the transportation though, it was easy to get on and they have ansigned spots in the lots at the park, so it is easy to find when you are ready to return.
