Is there a map or resource I can go to to better understand where to to catch the Bus(s) to the Parks and then return back to the WIlderness Lodge? Many thanks in advance!

Pick up all buses to all destinations out the lobby door to the left.

Pick up buses from all parks at the marked and signed location outside entrances; there will be signage indicating exactly which bay to use.

It's simple, and I don't think you'll have any trouble once you're there and see it. :)

All park buses at WL pick up at the bus stop in front of the resort. Just walk out the front door of the lobby and follow the sidewalk to the left, and you'll see it. Also, if you exit the side door next to the Wilderness Mercantile gift shop and walk a little ways, there's a path to the right that leads to the bus stop. You can always ask any cast member, and they'll be glad to point out the way.

As for the parks, each park has one big bus pickup area outside the park entrance; they're easy to spot. There are signs showing you where each resort's bus will pull in, you just walk down the row until you see the WL sign. Buses are also clearly labeled with their destination.

thank you so much! That is so clear to me! I appreciate the answers!

From WL, you can take either a bus or the boat to the MK. All the other resorts will be buses.

Thank you! I did know about the boat to MK. Think I was concerned about getting transportation back from resorts. But it sounds like very easy to find outside each park.

Thank you!

Has anyone here had much experience with UBER/LYFt? I have never used but need to get from WL to universal studios one of the days we are there during Christmas.

We Uber'd from WL to Universal a couple trips ago, the Uber will pick you up right from the front doors. We didn't come back to WL (stayed at a Universal resort that night then flew out next morning) but I imagine there is a designated Uber/Lyft pickup and they'll drop you back at WL front door.

Thanks so very much!

In addition, one very good way of checking out he lay of the land is to go to Google Maps and use Satellite image mode and zoom in, then you can go into 3D mode and tilt the picture, you get a very very clear idea in 3D of Wilderness Lodge for example and where the bus stops are. Or you can use Google Earth to the same effect. I've doen this many times to work out routes, pathways, where to go, hotel layouts and what the landscape is like at WDW!

You can also take the monorail to Epcot by taking the boat to Contemporary Resort and walking upstairs to the monorail. It's longer than taking the bus, but fun if you're not in a hurry. (You do have to switch over at the TTC.)

Honestly, this is a thing I worried about, but once you are there it really is easy, especially at WL. Have a great trip.
