Bus transport when parks close early

Hi - I'm going to WDW the last week of Jan. ... I know parks close early then, but do the buses still run later ?? Say I wanted to go to a restaurant/bar on the Boardwalk ....would there be a way to get back to Port Orleans - Riverside later on in the evening ?

Buses run from the Boardwalk to DD/PI all evening and even into the early morning hours. You can always take a bus from the Boardwalk to DD/PI and then transfer there to a bus going to PO. Believe the last buses leave PI sometime around 2 a.m.

Personally, after an evening of fun on the Boardwalk, I'd opt for a cab for the trip back to my resort. It will run about $15, including tip and be much more convenient and definitely much, much quicker!
