No. You must go to the Disney-MGM Studios, and connect there. Buses run every 20 minutes from 8am to 8pm. After 8pm, there is no further transportation to/from the Sports Complex.
It should also be noted that all large groups are advised by Disney to charter thier own buses to get to WWoS. (Something that a lot of cheerleading groups this week failed to do, and ended up getting stuck)
