I'm just wondering about the bus stop location from the parks back to the beach club. I understand that the from Epcot we can take the boat or walk, same with Hollywood Studios but where is the bus stop location at Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom back to the Beach Club?

mk they are next to the baord walk it either 7 and the board walk is 8 or other way around not sure about ak you share a bus with yacht club out of mk.

More generally: Magic Kingdom, the bus area is to the left once you leave the park; Animal Kingdom, it's straight ahead then slightly to the right. Both are VERY well-marked and obvious.

Another tip: they're where you'll be dropped off in the morning - not necessarily the exact stop (as described above) but the bus area itself. Plus, there'll be plenty of people heading to the buses, plus signs, plus Cast Members you can ask.

Everytime I have taken the bus from the Contemporary to Hollywood Studios we were always dropped off at the closest stop to the main entrance, however the bus driver would then say what the specifc stop was when going back.

Sometimes this happens. It generally happens when I'm not in a rush. BUT..let me be trying to get to someplace quickly and that's when the bus driver either goes directly to our resort stop, or to the resort stop he will be picking up from, and it isn't usually close to the park entrance....:rotfl2:

The bus stops for the resorts are very well marked at each park. Not hard to find at all.

You definitely do not want to take the Friendship boat from the Epcot International Gateway to the Beach Club. When you exit Epcot at the IG the walk to the Beach Club is maybe 5-7 minutes. Even if you caught a boat right away it would take you longer since the boat dock is closer to the Yacht Club. If you got off the boat there you would then have to walk back towards Epcot to get to the Beach Club.

The walk to the Studios from the Beach Club is something like 15-20 minutes. You may want to take the boat going to the park. If you leave at closing time there will be a large crowd waiting for the boat so the walk would be faster.

I forgot to mention that always happens when I am going there early in the morning before Hollywood Studios opens, so maybe that's why the bus is able to do that.

No longer -- with the latest changes to the DHS buses, 'most all of the resort buses are supposed to drop off in the charter bus lot, which is about the same distance as the All-Stars stops.

Now, the dispatch system is supposed to be changing again over the next few weeks -- I haven't heard whether that will affect DHS drop-off locations again.
