I've been reading a lot of posts about the problems people are experiencing with the buses at WDW since they started this new system. I finally decided to write Disney and ask their opinion on what is happening. I don't have a response yet. I will let you know.
I encourage anyone who has actually experienced the nightmares I've been reading about to write and let Disney know. Here is the email that I have for that:

I'm sure they have heard some things about it but most people tend not to actually write Disney and let them know. Perhaps if they hear from enough people they might take a serious look at the problem.
