Bunk Beds in WL and AKL Standard Rooms?

Has anyone stayed at WL or AKL in a standard room and had bunk beds? Or are they just in Pool/Woods/savannah view rooms? Thanks, ScottNBecky

I stayed in a bunk bed room at AKL last April and it was a pool view room. In fact when I checked in, the CM at the front desk informed me that I had been upgraded to deluxe pool view. I didn't see the difference between deluxe and regular but I was told they are bigger. My kids were dying to try out the Bunk beds and that's why I requested one. It didn't seem like there was too many bunk bed rooms in the standard rooms when I made the reservation. I hope this helps.

I have no actual expirience, but I just booked a standard ALK room for Jan 2006 and I requested bunk beds. The Disney agent didn't say anything about them not being avaliable in a standard room, so I am assuming they must have some. Of course, I could be wrong. Hopefully I am not, my daughter has her heart set on the bunk beds.

Devmer we stayed at AKL standard view with Bunk beds requested this summer, but got no bunk beds, thats why I asked.

We're staying at WL (leaving in 23 days - WOO HOO) and we booked a standard room and requested bunk beds. Our TA didn't mention that they weren't available for standard rooms either.

We don't actually "need" them as we have 2 girls, but they are ages 13 & 9 and DO NOT sleep well together (1 is very wiggly and the other is very whiny about it )

I hope we get them!

We booked at standard room at AKL in May and requested bunk beds. We arrived very late at night and were told we were upgraded to a savanna room. Now it was over a people corral, but we still enjoyed the animal view of which we saw many.....And it had bunk beds.
