Hi - just wondering if the bottom bunk has any sort of rail or if we should bring our own since our two year old has a tendency to fall out of the bed otherwise! We can't wait to be at the cabins (April 26 - May 7) and it was especially nice of Disney to re-do the pool for our visit!! ;)

The bottom bunk does not have a rail but you can request one from Mousekeeping or at the front desk when you check in.

They provide them free of charge...one less thing to haul.

It is pretty low to the floor too. The only hazard is the end table next to the bed. Sometimes are little guy ended up between us in the bed.

Amazing the way that happens, isnt it.......that was our story several nights at the cabins. But it happens at home constantly also.

It is hard getting them out isn't it??!! I just don't always have the energy to put him back in his own bed. I figure he wont be sleeping there when he is 16. HAHA

Sky.....I hate to tell you this but, my 13 year old ends up on her "Crash Pad" in my room almost everynight.
LOL! I asked her if she was afraid to stay in her room and she said "No, I just like knowing that you're there and I can see you when I first wake up"

awwww, she's a sweety.

Yeah, How can you fight with that logic....my son starts crying when I tell him he needs to sleep in his room. It breaks my heart. I am such a sucker. I need to get one of those "crash pads" for him. We have hard wood floors. DH is complaining about DS feet and other body parts that end up on him thru the night.

I love when they sleep SIDEWAYS between me & the ol'lady...and then decide to STRETCH....damn near pushes me off the bed sometimes!!!

We call that the letter H. So I tell DS move to the letter I you are an H now. And he will. What is do hard about sleeping with your head at the top of the bed. HAHAHA

Here it is at Walmart, it rolls up and ties and also has a handle. It's actually pretty comfortable and comes in kid colors too (even though they aren't shown) hers is hot pink but I saw them in electric blue and lime green too.

That looks comfy!!! More comfortable than an airmattress.. do they make them in Queen? ;)

I am getting one for my son. He is very upset that I have been talking about him sleeping somewhere other then my bed for half the night ( he comes in around 1am). Oh My he was crying and carrying on about being next to me and have love filled in his heart. Those are his words. He was crying and everything. It was braken my heart.

Yep, you've been sucked in! :rotfl: Welcome to my world! LOL--I was kinda hoping that by the time she hits 15 or 16 she won't want to sleep in here. Will she? Surely not....surely a 15/16 year old girl won't want to sleep in the same room as her mom.:scared1:
