I never new that the postcards or emails had PINS on them. I'd gotten ones for Disneyland and for WDW a year or so ago when we weren't planning a trip and for summertime.
In December we'd been scouring the internet for the best deals for our trip next month checked the disney site, travel sites we'd used before and finally settled on a Delta Vacation package with a stay at WL. The next week we received an email with reduced rates for lodging at WDW with the pin. We got a good deal with Delta, but probably would've saved $400 more with the PIN.
Now that we know, we'll doublecheck for that PIN next time. Sigh....
