Bummed, have to cancel...

I called at exactly the 7 month mark and got BCV for April 13-17, it would be our first stay there! We love Epcot and were looking forward to being sooooo close!

I found out today that our "Zone Retreat" was moved from May to April, and the dates happen to be the 16, 16, 17!

I am just thankful that I didn't book flights yet, Airtran just released some lower prices for our dates, and flights was a job for this weekend. Now we have to scramble to see what and when things are available.

Oh no! I was trying to get BCV today for April 16-22 and couldn't find any.

Well, sorry you had to cancel your trip, but at least you found out about your retreat in plenty of time to cancel with no penalty . I'm sure you will have fun finding another time to go to BCV! We love it there .

I was talking to MS the other day and they have some openings last week of April and 1st week of May at BCV and BWV

I called MS today for April 10 to 14 and they had the following...

Jambo and Kidani multiple views

OKW and SSR available

BLT and VWL nothing available

BWV limited avail

BCV very limited avail

I have BCV for the 13-17 already, and BWV was avail for the 10-12 and could keep my BCV for the 13 then just WL for the last day at BWV...

DW needs to check with work tomorrow first...

Here is what I was able to get...

our last 2 trips have been SSR/AKL split stays, so we decided to not stay at either of those places this trip. we could have gotten all 4 days together at either of them.

but since this will be a "no kids" trip we went with...

April 10th and 11th at VWL

April 12th at BWV Standard View

April 13th at BCV

we WL'ed for April 12th at BCV and April 13th at BWV.

We just had our hearts set on staying at an Epcot resort, that we decided that one night at each was better then those nights somewhere else.

now we just need to hope our WL comes thru!
