Bullet Hole in Glass/Grand Canyon Diorama

DH says he saw this today . . . I've heard about the one on the glass on HM but has anyone heard about a bullet hole in the glass on the Grand Canyon Diorama that the train goes through between the Tommowland and Main Street Train Stations?

I've seen that there for the past 3 years, and maybe longer, but my poor mommy-brain fails me. I'd also be interested to see if anyone knows more about this.
