Building 38 AB POR?

I have seen quite a few people say a really nice alternative to 14 is 38. If so why? I also read that 18 is partial smoking. We absolutely cannot be in a building with smokers or have smokers near our rooms due to severe asthma. What rooms beside 18 should we avoid?

We really liked Bldg 15. It's next to Bldg 14 and has the convenience of being close to everything (main building, laundry facilities, quiet pool, the bus depot, the parking lot, etc.). It's non-smoking, as that's an issue with me too (I'm asthmatic).

We stayed in building 38 when we were there in Sept. It was our first time, so I didn't have anything to compare it to, lol.

We liked it, it seemed close enought to everything and that was walking with 3 dks under 5 and me with an infant in a front carrier.
