Hi, I know many of you have many questions to ask about this game and i am here to answer them

I have been playing bearville since it opened and know quite a lot about it.

Q:I can not log in
A:Contact The Bearville Staff Found In The Top Right Of The Homepage. Tell Them What Has Happened and they will try and get the issue sorted!

Q:Do I Have To Pay Like Pay For Play Games?
A:No Build A Bearville Is Free but there are areas where you have to have bought a bear from build a bearville.

Q:I Bought I Bear From Build A Bear I Long Time Ago Will i be able to use Him/Her To Get A Bear Online?
A:Maybe You Will Have To Contact Staff tell them all your bears details OR Bring Your Bear To Your Nearest Build A Bear Workshop and ask for a welcome pass for Build a Bearville but be sure to bring your bears details and its Id Code.

Q:What Are Bearbils?
A:Bearbills are the virtual money on this game.

Q:Do I Have To Pay To Get Bearbills?
A:No! You Earn The Bearbills Around the site by playing games and trading and Selling your online stuff.

Q: I Have Not Got A Email From Them!
A:Contact Them Again And Explain or Give It A Few Days and see if the email has come though.

Q:Can I Change My Face?
A:No But You Can Contact BAB and ask them if they will add this to the game after all thats whats BETA is for!
