Build a bear reservations

we are staying at the villas at the grand Californian. How do I go about making reservations for build a bear. It's my understanding we are able to get in an hour before it opens since we are resort guests. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.

I know about the extra hour in Disneyland and California Adventure but I have not heard about getting in an hour early to build a bear. Nor do I see anything on the Disneyland website.

Hopefully someone else will know more about it and be able to help you better.

You can call the hotel and they will take care of it. They will link it with your reservation. Note- make sure you confirm with build a bear when you get close to your date and also double check the time to go- when we made our reservation a month ahead bab said they didn't have it AND we arrived when the person at the Grand told us to go which was the wrong time (we didn't check the opening hours- doh! Lol)! Luckily we still got our free gift and it was not busy so no lines but lesson learned lol

We signed up forDec. at the resort. Did the signing in Oct. (GC).....but when we went to BaB they didn't know what we were talking about and they didn't let anyone in early. Hope it works out better for you.

Went back to the hotel and they person we talked didn't know about it either, the CM that made reservations for those kind of things wasn't there at the time, so we really don't know what happened.
Luckily DGD was young enough she really didn't know what was going on so she was fine.

I am following because we hope to do this on June 8. I didn't realize we could/should call ahead of time. I am dissapointed to hear those reviews. Good to know to not pump it up to the kids!

We've done this several times. There is a schedule on an activity sheet they give you when you check in. The BAB activity is only available on certain days of the week and you have to register at the hotel. If you call about a week prior to your stay, they should have the next schedule and be able to get you signed up. When we've done this, the time to arrive has always been about 5-10 minutes before nine am.
