Build a Bear at DD? Can someone clarify?

I thought I remembered reading something about Build a Bear at Downtown Disney.

Are there bears for sale- if so which size?

Or are they just outfits for sale.

Build-A-Bear is at Disneyland not WDW. HTH

There's a Build A Bear in Downtown Disney Disneyland. They sell the regular Build A Bear size animals, and Disney outfits, as well as non Disney outfits.
