Boma at AKL definitely has prime rib - it's very good too. They also have a nice selection of sauces to go with them. There is a mustard-y one, a bbq one and at least one more.

I remember reading on the DIS that Boma doesn't have prime rib anymore, but I could be remembering incorrectly.
