buffets at thanksgiving?

we'll be at wdw for thanksgiving and i'm trying to plan ps's.

i know that the restuarants have traditional thanksgiving meals, but i'm wondering if they also have their typical year-round fair; ie, does chef mickey's still have their normal buffet offerings? crystal palace? trail's end?

I just looked on Deb's page and this is what I found, http://allearsnet.com/menu/men_thks.htm . It's from Thanksgiving 2003 and looks like the buffets had "Thanksgiving" menus. Not sure if this helps you at all but I hope it will! Enjoy your vacation!
