Buffet Price Increase

Did Disney just increase its prices on the buffet meals? I was checking the menus on allearsnet and it looks like most of the prices were increased.

The dinner buffet at Cape May Cafe is now $43 per adult , that seems outrageous . The breakfast buffet at Cape May is now $28 per adult. It looks like most of the buffet breakfast meals are $28 per adult.

I saw that last night! crazy!
August 2009 we paid $17.99pp for breakfast at Tusker house
Last week I was budgeting the same breakfast per allears at $24.49pp
Last night I saw on allears that it was updated as of 8/1 and the price for the same breakfast is now $28.75pp. This included tax but not tip

What is up with this???

I don't know why they keep going up the way they do. Most buffet kids meals are like $2-$6 not at all $20+ it's going insane, disney sure is pushing the dining plan.

No. Prices increased in January by about $2-$3/person. Right now, you are under surcharge season, and so prices are higher by $4.00/adult and $2.00/child plus tax. There have not been any breakfasts under $18.00 in a couple of years now.

All Ears is frequently incorrect about menu prices. They don't change the prices often enough, so there are many errors. It looks like they have just updated their price list to include summer buffet increases, but there is only like 1 week left, so those prices are going to be lower very shortly. Incidentally, those buffet prices do include tax.

We had to cancel our trip this past 2 weeks due to a medical emergency, so not sure if any prices have increased. I'm pretty sure not though, as I keep up on prices on these boards, and so I'm pretty sure most of these prices are still valid. If they have, I am not aware of it, and there have been no posts, but I called the other day (before I had to cancel my trip), and checked on a few prices, and they were exactly as listed in my thread, and if you compare to All Ears, the prices are identical.

The best way to check is by calling Disney though if you are concerned about your budget.
