Buffet menu items

Does anyone know where I can find out buffet items on certain days? Specifically I was told there is a lunchtime seafood buffet? Any truth to it?

On the 7 day, there was a seafood buffet, Asian buffet, Italian buffet...and I don't remember what else. Sorry, but I don't remember which days were which menus. It does appear in the Navigator the night before.

Not to be so negative, but, before you get all excited about the " themed" buffets let me explain something. IMHO everything on these lunch buffets begins to taste the same after a while. I really prefer eatting lunch in the dining room. You get great service "cause they're usually not crowded. But, if I'm at the pool, I usually grab a burger and/ or a salad.Then get some cookies at the buffet for dessert.

I looked at my navigators for the January 04 Westren.
Monday - Asian
Tuesday - American
Weds - South of the Border
Thurs - Seafood
Friday - CC - BBQ

Hope that helps. Eat some shrimp and fresh fruit for me. It has been a long winter in the mountains.
