Buffet for picky eaters and vegetarians

my DD will be 6 when we go first trip, she is very picky eater would rather eat a little of everything rather than a full plate meal.

Which breakfast, lunch or dinner buffets are best? We are looking to do at least 1 character meal and maybe BOG or cinderella's ..

Also do they have enough selections for vegans and vegetarians? We will be party of 5 (2 vegans, 1 vegetarian)

Boma is not a character meal, but their buffets are fabulous for all sorts of eaters - adventurous foodies, picky eaters and vegetarians alike. Tusker House is supposed to be similar, and it is a character breakfast.

1900 Park Fare was a really fun character buffet with enough to satisfy my picky vegetarian and me, a pescetarian. My husband eats all the meats, so he has not been disappointed wherever we go.

BOG is more difficult for my vegetarian daughter, but she loves the potato leek soup, so she eats that, bread, and dessert for dinner. They do have a ratatouille, but she doesn't like eggplant or mushrooms and it has both. Even though she has limited food choices here, she still asks to go each trip.

We have been to Crystal Palace and loved the character interaction, but we did not feel the food was as good as that at Park Fare or Boma.

We definitely find buffets an easier fit for our family's eclectic dining preferences, though.

Take a look at Tusker House menu at Animal Kingdom, It is a buffet with characters, there is a bit of something for everyone. You could book an ADR for when Breakfast and lunch is over lapping.

I second the Tusker House recommendation. If you do a late breakfast they start changing over to lunch items and you can eat from both menus. There would be lots of choices then.
