Can someone tell me if there is a buffet brunch available on the Ovation of the Seas? I can only find the Windjammer buffet. Hoping there's something similar to how Disney has Palo.

You should be able to book the Bottomless Galley Brunch for a surcharge. You get a tour of the galley, brunch, and bottomless mimosas. Not quite Palo, but it is brunch.

Breakfast in main dining room is a buffet or you can order off the menu. However, it ends quite early.
