Buffalo at Trail's End

Are people finding that its usually on buffet. We've been twice and my DH love's it, and wants to return. But I know there's no gaurantee that Buffalo will be at the carving station on any given night. I know AP has buffalo, but my children DS6 (Autistic Spectrum) and DS 2 do not have the table manners for AP yet

We have never had Buffalo at Trail's End before so I would guess it is probably a hit or miss item.

Both times we have been there it was available.
