Buena Vista Suites or COmfort Suites Maingate East (Kissimmee)?

We're taking our 1-year-old daughter for her first quick trip to Disney in late October. We definitely want a true one bedroom suite at least because her bedtime is well before ours. Given a choice, do any of you have a distinct preference for either Buena Vista Suites or Comfort Suites Maingate East? They are roughly the same distance form the parks. CS is on 192 in the Kissimmee tourist trap area and BVS is on World Center Drive away from all the hubbub. Prices are roughly the same ($115 per night).

Buena Vista Suites all the way!!!!!!!
Their rooms are clean and comfortable. Free full breakfast. And, it is a straight shot from the hotel to Disney on 535 (World Center Dr. I believe). Took us 10 min to get to the Disney TTC by car.

I don't think the Comfort Maingate "suites" are really suites. Just big rooms with couches.

We have stayed at Comfort Suites Maingate East 3 times. We liked it and would not hesitate to return, however the rooms do not have a separate bedroom. There is just a partial wall dividing the bed area from the living room area.
