Buena Vista Dr-Road Work, Quickest Way to Bonnet Creek Resorts?

Want to avoid the traffic mess if possible, not sure if all of Buena Vista Drive is impacted by the construction or it's centered @ DTD area.

Unless going there for activities, usually avoid DTD area anyway when navigating. We haven't stayed in the Bonnet Creek area, not familiar with the roads there.

Know we could take Bonnet Creek Parkway, then pick up Buena Vista Drive & turn onto Chelonia Pkwy.

I can't remember if Backstage Lane would permit us to cut directly across Buena Vista and enter Chelonia Pwy as best option to skip traffic.

In early December, it was focused at DTD. As for directions, which way are to going in from? You mention Bonnet Creek Parkway, so are you coming from 535?

Anyway about it, I think you can take Backstage Lane as I think I have done this before.

no I skip 535, and take back roads in.

Have taken Backstage lane down and turned onto Buena Vista Drive in the past to get to Epcot resorts but unsure if you can proceed across the street at the light into Chelonia Pkwy.

I seem to recall there is a road that merges in that area that is one way as you heading to DTD. Just not sure if it's the same road I'm see on the map marked as Chelonia Pkwy or an exit from Epcot Center Drive.

Yes, they are the same road, and you can go straight across.

But this week, there has also been roadwork on Backstage Lane, making it a mess. It's been down to one lane with alternating traffic at times. I don't know whether that will be wrapped up by the time you visit.

good news, I think lol thanks. Hopefully, the GPS will be current w/traffic updates when we arrive.
