Buena Park Hotel and Suites?

Has anyone ever stayed here? It's up by Knott's, but we're trying to fit a trip for November into the budget, and with 5 kids (by then) we need two rooms. This one had decent reviews, and we could get two rooms for 3 nights for like $360. It will be shortened hours, so we wouldn't be going back to the room in the middle of the day anyway, and were planning to do the Toy Story Parking lot. Even paying for parking and a locker, we'll save quite a few hundred dollars. We've usually stayed closeby, but having all these kids it gets so expensive! When I was a kid we had a timeshare in San Clemente and would drive in to Disney a couple days, and I don't remember it being a big deal. Any thoughts, tips?

I haven't stayed there, but we went to Knotts (and loved it) last year. We took the Metro bus to Knotts /Disneyland using this site info. It was cheap - we flew and didn't want to rent a car. It will take you closer to the gate than parking. http://socalfun.biz.ht/dlr2bp.html
You will be very close to Medival Times- we loved that too- my boys ask about going back. Check out Beuna Park visitor center (sorry I can't remember the exact name) and have them send you their guide.
I like to use TripAdvisor for reviews on hotels. Happy planning!

Your going to have to get up a bit earlier than you would if you were staying in Anaheim but you can make it work. Taking the bus from Beuna Park is not a bad idea if the schedule works for you.

Thank you for the tip! We'll look into it. We won't have to get up that early, since historically the park doesn't open until 9 or more likely 10 the days we'll be there, and with DST in effect, coming from AZ, our kids will be up about 5 am local time....
