Budgeting for Meals

I had a question about sales tax? Is 6.5% sales tax applied to meals at WDW or is their a restaurant tax that is different? I am budgeting for our meal and was curious about the tax. Also can anyone tell me the cost of a Mickey bar? I know this sounds crazy but I am also budgeting for snacks!!! Any input would be appriciated.

Mickey bars are $2.50

I beleive the sales tax is 6.5%
