Budget. The good, the bad and the ugly - Tell me!

So, I have another thread with a Diser who has had multiple horrid experiences with Budget - having to wait hours to get his car and being told they were just having it washed...
I'd love to think that this poor person has just run into terrible luck with them...but s many times?
Anyone been at MCO during a very busy season and had no problem with Budget? We'll be there the day before Easter and staying for a week....

I've been using Budget for rentals for years without any problems. Join FastBreak.

The only one I've had problems with has been Alamo and those worked out to my advantage in the end.

We used Budget for our trip in November. I have nothing bad or negative to say about our experience at all! We picked up at the Doubletree near DTD, then dropped off at Port Canaveral before our cruise. Then after the cruise, we picked up again at Port Canaveral and dropped off at MCO. Every pick up and drop off was easy and quick. Our cars were always waiting for us.
We even had a problem with our debit card and would have gotten stuck, but the ladies at the Port Canaveral office were great! They totally helped us figure it all out and we were on our way. I'm planning on using them again for our trip later this year.

We have used them at the Doubletree by DTD several times. Quite often they give us a free upgrade! And they will pick you up and take you back to your resort even if it is not a Disney one.
