Budget saver find this weekend!

So my local Winn Dixie is closing...they actually close in 2 day...

Well of course, they liquidated there inventory...I have been watching the %'s for a few days, and when it hit 60%-80% I ventured in again to see what was left...

Not a lot was left, but I wandered down what was left of the cough and cold. I hit paydirt! I stocked up on all kinds of OTC medications for the upcoming cold season, plus some extra boxes of Tylenol and Excedrin! I probably bought about $40 worth of things for about $15. At least I will be prepared when the cold season comes!

I hate to see a good store close but great score! I diapered my second child extremely cheaply through a local store closing. They had everything 80% off and no one had touched the diapers.

Nice. Publix bought out Albertson's here a few years ago. When they were closing they did the same thing. We went in and got close to $400 worth of groceries for $120. I was so happy!! We don't have Aldi's here. We have a Save A Lot but it is gross to say the least. The prices aren't very good either.
