Wanted to do a review of our recent Budget Car Rental experience. Booked a Premium with Costco and pricing was as listed. Our only issue was with the pickup at MCO. Arrived outside (we have Fastbreak). They gave us a lane number and said it was an Acura. We arrived at the spot (quite a distance from the booth) and it was a Tucson which smelled of smoke. Searched and searched for a parking attendant to no avail. We walked back to the booth (88 degrees) and were told to go to another area and choose a car and bring the paperwork back to the booth. This scenario took 45 minutes. Found a Jeep SUV. We returned the car at SRQ. Absolutely no issues there. Things went smoothly. So, at MCO it was a system of disorganized chaos while SRQ was great!
