If you don't mind sharing, it would be super helpful! I am trying to come up with a breakdown and total cost for an Escape wedding!

How much did you spend total on your Escape wedding? How many guests did you have? What costs do I need to plan for in addition to the 4K to Disney?

I am planning to do an Escape wedding, but would like to look into an outside photographer. Can anyone give me a guesstimate of how much budgetwise to plan for photography? Like a ballpark, so i know where I am at. If you use an outside photog, do you get to substitute or get a credit towards something else in the pkg? Do they offer videography>?

So far I have seen rave reviews for Randy, are there any others here that people would recommend? In case he is booked? :)

How much for Cindy's Coach? or the Rolls Royce in place of the limo?

Here is what I have come up with so far, whats missing?!

Flights & hotel
Dress & Tux
Dress & Tux steaming
Hair & makeup
Rehearsal dinner?
Welcome party?
Welcome bags?
Photography?
Vediography?
Honeymoon
Escape Pkg
Dessert Party!

What other outside costs did you incur? Thanks in advance for you help!

We're having 17 guests total and planning on $7500 for Disney stuff, plus everything else you mentioned below. This cost is $5k for the wedding pavilion, $1800 for dinner at Narcoossees, about $400 for extra flowers and champagne and a couple hundred for extra pictures.

The other things there's a cost for you didn't mention below are the marriage license $100 and the officiant around $250.

Cindy's coach I think is $2500 right now. Not sure about the RR. Either would be in addition to the limo though because they won't credit you back if you choose not to use it - might as well use it for airport transport if nothing else.

For photography, if you choose not to use Disney's they do give you an option to do a MK photo shoot or honeymoon photo shoot.

Ooh - if you want invitations, you could put that in your budget.

And, just to clarify, the MK photo shoot they give you in exchange for using and outside photographer is not the one where they let you wear your wedding clothes in the park (unfortunately - that would be COOL!) - it's during park hours in normal clothes.

As for other outside photographers, I highly recommend the Roots (www.rootography.com) - they take fun, fresh pictures, you get two photographers, they give you all the pictures on disc, and they are SUPER fun to work with. If you click on "PIX!" in my signature you can see the photos they took of our wedding.

:thumbsup2

Oh! And the vintage Rolls was $800 in 2007....

Oh, and another thing - Disney offers videography, but I have heard SO many horror stories about it. There are some inexpensive outside videographers like Apex Media and A Moment to Remember and some higher priced but arty-er ones like STVS and StarFruit Productions.
