Hi,
We are going to be driving from the Baton Rouge area to the Asheville area in two weeks, and I have a couple of questions for people familiar to the area.

ETA: I just pricelined a hotel in Auburn, Jameson Inn for $40. Any suggestions for a moderate dinner around there that's kid friendly?

Questions about once we get to NC:
I have several living social/restaurant.com deals for eating in Black Mountain (where our cabin is): Straight away Pub & cafe, Morning glory cafe, Fresh wood fired pizza, and Black mountain ale house. We plan on eating other meals in the cabin, except for maybe the day we go to Biltmore... is there an inexpensive sandwich shop or something near there where we could grab lunch?

And tickets for Biltmore... I see kids are free this summer, and you can get a discount for ordering online ahead of time. Will this be the best deal or is there somewhere in the area where we may be able to get a better deal?

Is Chimney Rock worth the cost? Or are there other free places for views/hiking that are just as good? It looks really interesting but I can't tell if there are separate charges for all the different activities, in which case it may really add up.

Any other suggestions for things to do in the area? We'll definitely be going to Asheville also. Our kids are 10, 6, and 3, if that helps.
Thanks so much for any help!!
