Budget or Enterprise

Which is cheaper?

We have used Budget the past few trips and will be using them again on Thurs. We haven't had any problems and just go to the booth in the garage since we have rapid reward. DH used Enterprise for a conference from MCO and said it was the worst rental car process he has ever encountered. The other person traveling with him said the same. They got in around 7:00 p.m. and waited forever in line that moved extremely slow and they weren't happy with the car when they got it. As I said, we haven't had any trouble with Budget and they have been the cheapest so far.

Yes, Enterprise is slow because they give very personalized service to every customer as in walking them to the car, going over the condition of the car and swapping it out if the customer is not happy with the car. They bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy BEFORE they leave the garage. If the customer is not happy with the vehicle, it is up to the customer to say something, not complain about it later. They only have a few agents in the garage at any given time and the line can get backed up, but, they do take pride in customer service.

Having enough employees in order to offer qick service is a neccessary component of goof customer service

True, but, since these "rushes" only come once in a while, it would not be cost effective to overstaff for those occasional occurances.
