Budget ideas for young family

Will be travelling just myself and my children who will be 8 and 23 months at the time . Any tips on how to budget whilst out there ?

I am not sure exactly what you are asking? Do you want to know how much to bring or how to keep from spending everything the first few days?

How much to bring depends on how many extras you are going to buy. Beware most rides end in a giftshop. Food is expensive but no worse than other big parks. While you are waiting to order look at the portions to see how much you need to order. I tend to eat less at Disney.

As far as budgeting your money a few ways have been discussed on this board.
1 Divide up your money by the day and only keep that amount with you. At the end of the day add the next days allotment to it.

2 charge to the room and pay it off at the end of the day. This will mean going to Guest services at night but at least you know that you are on track with your spending.
