I am a Fastbreak member and got a coupon for a free one class upgrade. How do you book the reservation if you are doing it online -- i.e., do you book the class you want to upgrade to or the class that you are upgrading from? If you book full-size, can you upgrade to a mid-size SUV rather than an premium?
