Hi

We are booked into SL for 4 nights starting 17th Sept (Cant wait so excited), but what we were planning to do is travel over via euro tunnel the afternoon before and stay somewhere cheap like Formule1 or someone mentioned the hotel bb chain, so this will give us a near full day in park and not wasted with travelling.

I have been reading the brits guide and in there they mention the Formule1 are not suitable for children, we have a 5yr old and 1yr old and also the rooms only sleep three, but would be be a prob if little one in a travel cot?

Can anyone give us some advise and also the name of the hotel nearest to DLP, so we can just wake u and enjoy a near full day at the park.

Many thanks pixiedust:

Hi Chemsis 99!
Last year we stayed on our visit to DLP at an ETAP hotel at Pontault-Combault, which was a 15-20 min drive to the parks. It cost 34€ per room per night plus 4€ breakfast each.
I didn`t know Formule1 so I just looked at their homepage and their rooms and breakfast look exactly the same. I think these kind of hotels are not suitable for children because there is no playground or entertainment so you wouldn`t want to stay there for a whole vacation but I think it should be sufficient for a night.

And you will know that you will be moving to Disney the next day! :Pinkbounc

We are booked into the Formula 1 Hotel which is on the RER line not far from Disney's stop and it cost us around €99 for 3 nights. I've stayed in them in the UK so not a problem and considering all we will be doing is sleepin there its sounds good to me.
