budget car rental

We arrive after 11pm at MCO, normally we arrive late afternoon 5 or 6 pm. I normally do the Budget pre reg, and just go to the parking garage to collect keys for the car. Is it still worth doing it arriving so late, or will it be closed and everyone needs to go to the Budget desk in the airport
