Using Weight Watchers and exercise (using Weight Watchers online tools.....I've done the meeting route years ago, but I never got much out of those)

I weigh in at 98Kilos (that's about 220.5 pounds)...I would like to weigh in at about 71 -75 Kilos....so I need to lose between 23 and 27 kilos (52 to 61 pounds)
I am starting a new plan...modified weight watchers I guess. More exersise, less fat, sugar and so on. Lots of water and greens.
