Well *I* need a buddy. :)
I need someone who is willing to help on this journey of mine.

I would be willing to pair up people or you can post here that youre looking for a weight loss buddy. We did this a couple of years ago and it made a big difference to me and I made a really good friend to boot :)


SO I guess the info we need is

Your name, screen name, how much weight youre wanting to lose and maybe what program youre on.


So mine would be

I am doing a no fad diet IE: more exercise and less calories/fat

I'm exercising more, watching what I eat and drinking lots of water. I was told half my weight in water so for me that is 90 oz of water a day. With that said I need to take a bathroom break :rotfl:

This is great! Sign me up! I'm a fairly frequent reader of these boards, but I never noticed this particular one. I just stumbled across this board while trying to figure out what a reference was to W.I.S.H. in a post on DCL, and coincidentally, I need to lose 50 lbs, and I really want to do it before our first ever cruise on June 24, so time is running out. Finding this is like an omen or something! I'm going to make it happen!

I weigh in at 98Kilos (that's about 220.5 pounds)...I would like to weigh in at about 71 -75 Kilos....so I need to lose between 23 and 27 kilos (52 to 61 pounds)

I am starting a new plan...modified weight watchers I guess. More exersise, less fat, sugar and so on. Lots of water and greens.

Oh, I live in Australia not that that really matters...but just in case anyone is interested.

I have been looking for ways to lose some weight. I came on the W.I.S.H. board to see if I can get motorvated.
I have been gaining and losing weight all my life, think of a yo-yo diet. This time I would like to lose weight and keep it off for GOOD!
