BRRRRRR Negative 30 degrees tonight !!!

Here in Toronto we are going to hit a windchill of -30 degree C tonight, brrr think i'll need a hot toddy.

Its enough to freeze your, well you know off.

Oh, I feel your pain. Here in West Michigan they said our windchill could be -25. I'm not going anywhere. Plus were under a blizzard warning and they don't want anyone on the roads anyway. I'm having a Baileys and hot chocolate. Yummy!

We had such a mild November and Dec, no snow for Christmas here it was crazy warm.

Then January hit and boom freezing, we have about 15cm of snow.

How do we deal with it? Lots and lots of hot chocolate and stay indoors. Seriously i think they said exposed skin could freeze in like 5 mins.

actual temp could be 15 below

But things are looking up - tomorrow's high is supposed to get to 0

We're quite a bit to the west of you Micheme and the temperature is -32 degrees celcius (which is -26 fahrenheit)

There is an extreme wind chill warning for tonight as the windchill right now is -37 celcius (which is -35 fahrenheit)!

The wind chill is supposed to get down to -45 celcius(which is -49 fahrenheit) tonight--yes its cold but its warmer than it was this a.m. -47 degree celcius (-52 fahrenheit!!)

Who needs freezers to store food when you live in Canada!
I'd rather have lots of snow than this cold "snap" we're in!

OMG! I thought Scotland was bad!! but this week we are at 9 degrees! really odd!! We had heavy snow mid march last year!

Brrrr we're also down to the -30 celcius and you can't see out of our living room window as we're also getting snow squalls and winds over 110 klm per hour. We live on the north shore of Lake Erie and it's really bad outside but we're hunkered down with a fire going in the fireplace and a great bottle of white wine so it doesn't get any better than this!

i hate it. i hate winter. seriously, within the next 10 years, i'm moving South. i can't stand the winter anymore.

BRRRRR I made a big cup of hot chocolate with marshmellows (yummy) and made a big batch of "Nun Farts" a french canadian cookie known as "petit soeurs" (ak i can't spell sisters in french right now), double yummy yummy

Going to put 2 blankets plus my feather down duvet on the bed tonight and snuggle.

see i was VERY happy we got no snow or freezing weather for Christmas. but then i knew that we were gonna have a crappy winter after that. it always makes up for itself

Here in Northwestern Illinois, we're hitting the same temp with wind chill factors. For the next week, our highs will be in the single digits during the day and below zero temps (plus added wind chills) at nights. The coldest we've been in 10 years! Well--tomorrow is Super Bowl Day and Da Bears will keep us warm with all of our cheering them on to victory Go Bears!!
