BRP on Moderate Christmas Week

I just found out today that I actually will be able to get away from work a day earlier than planned for our Christmas trip. Originally, we'd planned on spending the first night of our trip at a value resort. (Booked Sports for the boys. ) Since I will be changing our reservation anyway, I've thought about making our first night (or 2 if I can't add onto our AKL ressie - December 21st and possibly 22nd) at POR (which my kids and dh love!). Before I call, I want to know what all the options might cost me. A few weeks ago, the BR for moderates was $99/night plus tax. Is this still the same? I have Sports booked at $59, which I consider a steal at Christmas!!

You are too close for the 60 day out booking. Not sure if they will let you add on or not to an existing reservation with the BRP at this time. You would have to call. We have POR for the 17th to 27th at 99.00 for BRP.

We can add-on and even upgrade to our existing reservation at no extra charge if discounted rooms are still available. A number of other folks on the board have also been successful. At the moment, we have simply added-on a day to our existing reservation but are still considering a move to a moderate for those first 2 days before moving to AKL. Dh was quoted $99/night for a moderate.
