We are current AP holders and have no clue what this BRP is all about. Our last AP trip in August 05 we booked ourselves by calling CRO.
Here's my question/dilemma: We are taking a DCL cruise 5/6-5/13/06. We would like to extend our trip to include 4 nights in WDW. Do I have to book on the AP site before the 60 day mark? How do I know if I will get a good rate? We would like to stay at a deluxe that sleeps 5 BUT want to get the one with the best rate. I will not know this until the actual rates are released. If I book a certain deluxe now on the BRP but then find out there is another deluxe priced cheaper for our stay, can I switch resorts?
I liked the old AP booking system because we are the types who make our resort selections usually last minute. As long as our flight is booked, we usually just wait to see which resorts are available at the AP rates and choose based on price. Seems this can't be done anymore.
What about booking through DU for an AP rate rather than the BRP. Can this be done?
Thanks for any info you can give!
