Brown Derby-FANTASMIC ?

Hi, If 3 adults on DDP choose the Brown Derby Fantasmic Package,can 1 pay OOP?? I know this can be done at TS restaurants,but I am not sure if being on the Fantasmic Package makes a difference. Thanks Joan
