Brown Derby and Citrico's Favorite Meals

We will have dinner ADRs for the Brown Derby and Citrico's for Dec. 3 and 4. Our TiW card expires a few weeks after that and these were the only two signature restaurants that we haven't tried. What menu choices do posters like at these restaurants? We've been to the BD twice for lunch. Tried the Cobb Salad and found that we like the Cobb at the Grand Floridian much better. Other than that we'd be interested in recommendations.

My absolute favorite meal on Disney property is from Brown Derby -- crab cake appetizer, ahi tuna entree, grapefruit cake for dessert.

I was not overly impressed with Citricos, although the Arancini appetizer is fabulous!

We just came back and ate at Brown Derby. DH got the crab cake appetizer (said it was really good) and the new york strip. I had the salad appetizer and the Grouper, and the Grouper was fabulous- would definitely recommend.

yummmmmm! Ahi Tuna! Had it at the Brown Derby twice now. It's wonderful.
