Do you recall the actual price? I was at Target last night trying to find a portable fan (doesn't have to be a mister), and they only had a wee little one. I would prefer something with a clip for the stroller...hmmm...

It was like $16. Way too expensive. We just let her stop whenever she saw them and play with them to cool down for a minute. I just couldn't pay that much for it when I knew I had the little handheld one at the hotel that wouldn't be such a pain to lug around.

I have been working so much overtime this week. I am really looking forward to my time off.

We are leaving at 4am on Sunday, Aaron has to work on Sat. and then I have to race him across town to a wedding.
I decided I wanted Saturday to relax and be able to pack....I just havn't had the time to get to it.

I hope all goes well at the doctor's today.

At the kiddie pool, there was one beach ball and several kiddies, so I went in and got another beach ball and a couple of plastic boats so that they all could play together with different things. They had a blast with the less than ten dollar purchase.

What a wonderful gesture from the CM! How darling that Bella's first ride was Peter Pan!!! What a perfect ride for the start of a lifetime of Disney rides and attractions!

I shall be on the lookout for the mugs! Let's keep our fingers crossed that they aren't like the Mickey bar bags and all snatched up before I get there!

That is awesome that you got some fast passes for being nice. I thought you guys were so sweet. I have one month until I am back in Disney. I am so excited to plan this trip for my friends. There are 8 of us going.... then they are leaving to go to Tampa to see the Giant Game. I opted to just stay in Disney... I wonder why..

I hope Brooklyn has a fun time at her party this weekend. Unfortunately where I am we are going to be hit with the big swells from the Hurricane..

I hope everyone stays safe in the North-East this weekend.

We are very excited to meet you guys as well! For a brief time we considered moving our dates to early December due to flight costs, but I kept saying, "But then we can't meet MeMom, Jill, John, Brooklynn and Bella!" Our dates ARE staying, the price of flights has come down quite a bit. We really should buy...!

He's going to schedule an MRI now. I asked him if it could be repaired and I'd be ready to roll for a fall break vacation, and he assured me he could do that, so I'm all good! I guess we're on hold until the MRI shows him everything he needs to know.

It has sure hung on for the whole week, but at least the fever is gone. I was burning up for several days. I don't feel like I'm sitting on the equator every second now, so that's a good thing!

The kids have fun with the toys and gave them up nicely when we had to leave. If they hadn't, we probably would have left them. The boats were like a dollar and half each, so no big thing.

The shopping has just begun. Make sure you have a fairly large shopping bag.

It could have been something to do with coming off the trip. Maybe I just overdid it and my defenses were down. At least I'm on the better side of it now, and I'm very happy about the prospect of being able to walk normally again. Very happy.

That is exactly what I told another teacher today. I will be so grateful and appreciative of being able to just walk down the hall at a normal pace without wincing. Right now I am laying with my leg propped up listening to the football game of the school where my kids went. I ran the concession stand there for many years for football, soccer, and basketball, and retired when Brooklynn came along. I was sitting here thinking that there would be no way I could still be doing that, because it involved many hours a week standing at various games and lots of buying and loading between games.

Wow, Friday night football already? I think we have a couple more weeks until our first game. I'll bet they missed you terribly when you retired from running that concession stand. We have helped in our stand in the past and it's got to be so much work to make that thing run!
