So cute:cutie: Congrats:cheer2:

I enjoy so much watching all our DIS children grow and reach milestones. Owen just turned one, Toby is rolling over, Hannah started pre-school, Luke has an ear ache, Lexi is counting down the days until her beach trip...

What else is going on with all our DIS kids? Feel free to share! :dance3

Abby is getting used to her new home, making new friends, starting to enjoy school (of course we have had 2 weeks off and she starts full time next Mon so let's cross our fingers), and can't wait for our Nov trip. WOW - she has been through a lot of changes this past few months. I am making ADR's this week. Stinks b/c we are staying off site and having to get up every AM before 5:00, but it is well worth it.

If I didn't have those kids you can't stand to be without I might be doing a lot better in the picture loading process. Patience, Iago, patience!

I plan on coming home this afternoon and loading at least the first 25 so we can get this trip rolling.

True. I can't stand to be without them, but I know they are perfect little angels, and if you tell them you are going to put trip pictures up, they will be very sweet and quiet while you do so. :lovestruc

I'd love the first 250, but I'll take the first 25. Of course, with 25 we probably won't even get out of the airport. :rolleyes1

Mop,
She is BEAUTIFUL. Look at those sweet cheeks. I love how her little hand is wrapped around your finger. :cloud9: I am very happy to read all went well and that she is feeding, off the IV, and all those scary moments are over. CONGRATULATIONS! :yay: And 7 pounds and 5 weeks early! Wow! :thumbsup2

That is a GREAT calendar. You are so crafty!

I love that pic with his little teeth showing! He's such a cutie. The wedding sounds very memorable-I love that they just did it right in the rain!!! I'm sure it was fun in a way, and looking back I'm sure everyone will laugh - no one will ever forget it! :thumbsup2

We do just have the cutest kids on Earth right here, don't we?!?!? :yay:

He's so cute! Congratulations! We will be expecting many more pictures as we watch him grow! :) Wouldn't it be fun to get all these babies and their loving families together for a huge DIS meet? :cool1:

You couldn't believe all the things we didn't do that we always do! We so need a do-over!

I love seeing all these pictures of babies. Babies are great!

Me, too!
Yes, they are! They are all precious, precious gifts to their families!

So cute:cutie: Congrats:cheer2:

I'll second that! :cheer2::cheer2:

Thanks for sharing. How did she fix her new room? Do you do the nine weeks on and two off?

A November trip is something to have much fun looking forward to and planning for! Let us know what meals you end up with!

****************************

Day Two of meetings at school. Today was a little better, because we did get half the day to work in our rooms, which is always valued time. I'll try to remember to take pictures of my little Disney touches to show anyone who is interested. I used a cute little birthday Stitch on the outside bulletin board and put Celebrate a New Year of Learning! on it. Probably no one else in the building knows how it relates to Disney, but it'll make me happy as I walk in each day. :goodvibes

jill - just wanted to let you know that as of today, your wish in that geyser didn't work. but this is only our first "official" month of trying so no worries. so no babies for me at least for the next two weeks. ;)

Since Abby is 3, we go to a church that has Age 2 thru 8th grade (will probably switch to public when she can go to Kindergarden. At this school they have the traditional school year and then a summer program to help out the working parents with a few weeks in between the school year and summer program. Abby started in July since we just moved to M'boro, but was only going 3 days a week with my Mom-in-Law watched her the others. Next Mon, she starts full time. I actually think this may be better for her. The Nov planning is in full force right now. This is what we are trying for/and what we have gotten to date:

Sun, Nov 8th - Epcot for Food and Wine, break, back to Epcot for Dinner at:
Rose and Crown 7:05 pm

Mon, Nov 9th - 11:10 am BBB
1:20 pm Lunch in Castle
Break, back to MK for Fireworks

The rest is what we are hoping for:

Tues, Nov 10th - Free Day/Shop/Swim - Early dinner at Chef Mickey's, then MVMCP

Wed, Nov 11th (8/13 MAKE RESSIE) - 8:00 am Tusker House Character Breakfast at AK, break, Ohana dinner at Poly and monorail to MK for night parade

Thrs, Nov 12th (8/14 MAKE RESSIE) - 10:00 am Playhouse Disney Character Breakfast at HS, break, Fantasmic Dinner Package

Fri, Nov 13th (8/15 MAKE RESSIE) - 8:00 am Crystal Palace Pooh breakfast at MK, break, and dinner at Whispering Canyon at Ft Wilderness and either another park at night or Downtown Disney

What do you think? I would love your input. I was trying to get some resort dining in there to check out the on-site resorts.

Well tomorrow is my dds Amy 11th birthday:scared1: And at the end of the month she's going into middle school:scared1: They grow up so fast:sad1: All my kids are having a great summer and don't want to school. Were also thinking about moving maybe Tampa? Last night we took the kids to a marlins game. Emily who is my sporty girl loved it. Amy doesn't know anything about baseball she's my girly girl:cutie:. She likes art and dance. But still had fun:thumbsup2. Were also going back to Disney in October:banana:. So Emily she's my planner is helping me plan. And were going to have Disney nights. Thursday is disney dinner. A buffet with food after a character heres some of the menu.
The King of hearts' key lime pie
Tarzan's turkey burgers
Daisy's garden salad
Pluto's hotdogs............
I'm taking the kids to the park to play dinner now be back later

Hey MeMom! I'm here to update on Bella's little friend Ty. He was 4 months old on the 8th. I took him to the doctor today for his 4 month checkup. He weighs 17 lbs 12 ozs. He is growing so fast.
We leave Saturday to go to Destin. It will be his first trip to the beach. I hope next spring to take him to his first trip to Disney. I bought a new camera to take pics. I'll share a few when we get back.

My daughter Sarah is one of Trent's Facebook friends, so I got to see some of your trip already. Looks like ya'll had a wonderful time.

Can't wait for the full report.

Rhonda

Well, to add my two cents worth............. My beautiful, precious, smart, wonderful, loving daughter will be starting kindergarten in two weeks. She is VERY excited:banana:, but her mama is not.:sad1: I have been home with her since birth and I am having a hard time even thinking about it.:rolleyes1 She is my only child and will always be my only one b/c of my unexpected surgery last month. I was really expecting to have another baby when she went off to kindergarten to soften the blow and to keep me busy for the next five years. So now I don't know what to do with myself. I am happy for her because she loves having friends to play with, but it is sad too. Thank goodness she is only going for a half day. I guess this is just another one of those transitional times in life that you deal with somehow. I can't imagine being one of those moms sending their baby off to college this month.:scared1: It just all goes by too fast.

I've enjoyed seeing all the babies! They are just precious!:littleangel:

Well, we have a bunch more as back-ups. I think Jill put it several pennies' worth! :thumbsup2

What's the average? About three - four months of trying?

Resort dining is a great way to get to see the places. I think you'll enjoy seeing the different resorts and the cool decor that goes with each theme.

To me, the 10th is looking like an awesome day - shopping, Chef Mickey's, and a Christmas party! :dance3:

We had a late lunch at Whispering Canyon on this trip, and we've had dinner there before. It wasn't nearly as crowded at lunch, so it was nice. Brooklynn made a friend from Brooklyn. His name was Rafael, but for whatever reason, she called him Chabalito. Or she was calling somebody or something Chabalito.

Such a weird child!

Happy Birthday to Amy! :bday:

He's got a few pounds on Bella. She weighed 11 1/2 pounds at her four month check up. She's a little skinny, but she comes by it honestly. Believe it or not (I know - not) I was a skinny kid, and Jill is skinny, so there's no worry about Bella. She's the picture of health, just a little peanut!

Trent has made a lot of DIS friends since he started putting the pictures up. I'm glad your daughter is one of them. :) We had a great time! Just too short.

You'll be able to go on field trips with her. Do they need volunteers at her school? We are happy to have parents and grandparents helping at our school!

All the baby pictures are very sweet. We are all so blessed to have these sweet little treasures to love!

MeMom, I totally understand about the meetings and time in your room -- in the four days of pre-planning we had, I was able to be in my room a grand total of two afternoons!

Love your Celebrate! bulletin board -- I think I will have to copy it a little and do a Celebrate Reading! bulletin board! You always have the best ideas for Disney classrooms -- I still use my pins as bulletin board tacks for all the teacher stuff I have up by my desk! :goodvibes

ahaha after disney I bet:lmao:
Well I grew up in NY & NJ and so did Dh we moved to Orlando a year before my 13 year old was born. Then in 01 moved near Ft. Lauderdale. And now were just sick of it here. Everything in the house keeps breaking. In the last 9 months I probally spent over 3000 getting stuff fixed having to buy new stuff. Also there was always at least 5 houses in the develepment (can't spell to save my life:laughing:) for sale. Now theres none so it well probably sell fast. Also it's just to hot here. I want back to Orlando but Dh calls it a "mickey mouse town" and doesn't like it. Tampa we have friends there. Also it's colder. And I don't know. O.K maybe being closer to Disney might have something to do with it:rotfl: We are also thinking Atlanta we were supposed to move there a few years ago but couldn't get the house sold.
What grade do you teach? I was a K-8 art teacher until i got laid of a few months ago.
Thank you! I'll tell her memom from the dis says Happy Birthday:upsidedow

I know you might feel sad about your dd starting school. but she will love it! It's always harder for the parents then the kids. All the dis kids are starting school and one of mines starting middle school. Which is hard for me. I feel so old. I want another baby too but 43 is to old. I'm going to put pictures of my kids when they were babies up. I don't know how to scan so i'll probally take pictures of the pictures:rotfl:

i don't know....i've spent the last 13 years NOT trying! :lmao:

Wishing you lots of pixiedust:

thanks! well, i'd be happy with 3 months. we are planning a disney trip for december 2010 and i'm thinking if i have a baby by july 2010 i should be good. that means i have to get pregnant by november. :teacher: let's just hope mother nature cooperates with my vacation plans. :rotfl:

My beautiful, smart, fun 5 year old starts kindergarten on Mon. She is ready but like Rinky I am a little sad and we have full day here. . I do have a smaller one. She will go to Preschool 3 days a week this year.

I know she will love it and I am very happy for her. I used to teach kindergarten and I remember the mothers leaving on the first day crying while their kids ran off to play and didn't seem to mind at all. I felt so bad for the moms. I have a feeling that will be me in two weeks! I think it is sad to me b/c I realize how fast she got to this point, and I have a feeling that the rest of her years as a child will move even faster with her in school. This is such a sweet age and I just want to freeze time for a while. It just seems that things move faster than they did when I was the kid!

I know she will have an awesome time with all of her new friends! When you want more children, just let her have some slumber parties. You'll get your fill of kid fun!

Oh I am already signed up for EVERYTHING! That poor teacher will be so sick of me by the end of the first week! She has some awesome feild trips planned for them and I will be there with bells on for ALL of them. And one of them is a trip to Disney on Ice!:cool1: Can't wait for that. But honestly, I can't complain. We were able to refinance our house (those low rates cut our payment big time!) this summer and get our car paid off so that we can send her to the Methodist school here which is FABULOUS!! Our public schools are a nightmare!:scared1::scared1::scared1: So I am VERY blessed and excited about her year to come. It just came too fast!
