These are the knome houses my DMom made out of tree stumps. The plants are a little overgrown due to all the rain we have had. Excuse the branch in the way...(we need to get out the weed whacker and do some cleaning up) :)

I won't be on here much at all this week because of camp. I'll probably check in early in the mornings and late at night. This will be a fun and uplifting week at camp, and then this time next week, we'll be sitting out by the kiddie pool at Pop, if the good Lord's willin' and the creek don't rise! :)

I needed a hillbilly smiley there - one wearing overalls and missing some teeth!
I'll be thinking of you at camp being fun and good:cloud9:, while I'm in Vegas being exposed to all kinds of naughtiness!:scared:

I'm going to do my trip writing in a different color this time, so you can distinguish Jill's comments from mine. Responses will be in regular print.

I vote for blue!:goodvibes

I love the pictures you have been posting. I think the little gnome houses are cute too. My in-laws live in Montreal and they said they are having the coldest summer on record in the past 17 years!!! Has you summer been cold and wet like theirs?

Memom, I like the purple or blue. I also have to share that I recieved a free dining pin code in my email it saved me $800.00!!!!! I now only have to make 2 payments and my trip will be payed off!!!! Now I am off to read your trs from your Christmas trips and Erica's too.

Hurray for being just a week away!!!

MeMom, I vote for purple -- which you probably could have guessed. ;)

Jill, hope you have a blast at the reception today!

After much scientific pondering...not...I think I'm going to go with blue. It seemed to have the popular vote, and I think it is easiest for me to read with my feeble eyes.

I know declansdad wanted green, because that's like money, and money is for shopping. :)

I have to spend some time in thought about Lady Lallie's MeMom-ish comment. What other things are MeMom-ish? I am anxious to know! This could be a fun game, LL!

And I thought Jill might like to have pink, since she has those two sweet baby girls.

I took another humongous load of food to camp between this post and the last. Waffles, drinks, popcorn chicken, corn dogs, cake mixes, condiments, chips, tater tots, pizza rolls, eggs, milk, juice, bread, cereal, taco stuff...a bunch of kid-friendly stuff. This group has kids from 3rd - 6th grade, so they're not that adventurous yet. Now I'm cooking twenty pounds of ground beef at home to put in big aluminum trays to take tomorrow. My hands smell like onions. :upsidedow

1 week to go!! ! :woohoo:

Everyone must be so excited! I know you are MeMom to get to be in your favorite place again with your two...wait, THREE favorite girls :yay:

To get the onion smell off your hands, rub your hands on a stainless steel sink faucet after cutting the onions. It will take the smell right off.

I cannot believe you guys are a week away! So excited for you! If you have time before you go, please republish which park and ADRs you have planned for each day. I want to dream and pretend I am there right along with you!

I am pretty partial to the purple myself. :)

I think I am going to write my portion in purple. The reception was fine. Brooklynn got to run around with her cousin. Afterwards all the Missouri relatives and Jonie's (the bride) family came over for BBQ that John's dad made, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, and chips. It was good to get to visit with them all. they haven't seen Brooklynn in probably 2 and a half years or so and of course they had never seen Isabella. Tomorrow afternoon is the visitation for Nathan. John is going to go while I keep the girls at his parents and then we are going to head out. Probably going to stop at church camp and eat dinner with MeMom and then on home to Alabama for a super busy week!

I vote blue too! Oh and Have fun at camp! I'm miss going!

Camp is a highlight of my year. :)

I vote purple.

Brooklynn is a cutie with her fries as usual.

Why purple? 'Cause it's MeMom-ish?

Jill called. She said they has enjoyed seeing lots of relatives that they rarely see.

They are staying until late tomorrow to go to Nathan's visitation and then they will stop at camp on their way back through. It will work out nicely, because they'll be coming through around dinner time.

I vote for the green!

Aaaah, the color of money...
of which I have none. :rotfl:

1 week to go!! ! :woohoo:

Everyone must be so excited! I know you are MeMom to get to be in your favorite place again with your two...wait, THREE favorite girls :yay:

Can't wait to watch both Brooklynn and Bella in Disney mode!

Shopping pictures for sure are MeMom-ish.

I think they probably are. :)

Wow, you are one busy lady!:surfweb: popcorn:: :teacher: :laundy::moped::rockband::car::dancer:

I'll give you some of those, but you'll probably need to take out any of the musical ones. I have no musical abilities. :upsidedow

To get the onion smell off your hands, rub your hands on a stainless steel sink faucet after cutting the onions. It will take the smell right off.

Well, now they smell like boxes, bags, cans, apples, peaches, eggs, and dishwashing liquid.

More on the eggs in a moment.

I have basics, but Jill can add exacts.

Saturday, July 25th - arrive and hang out at the kiddie pool so Brooklynn can run and play for a while, head to Magic Kingdom for the parade and Crystal Palace, maybe do one or two things there, possibly go to see Larry Dotson later

Sunday, July 26th - Tusker House before Animal Kingdom opens :cool1:, AK for the day, not sure about the evening

Monday, July 27th - Magic Kingdom EMH, or is that Tuesday?

Tuesday, July 28th - Either MK EMH or Hollywood Studios. Trent and Jarvis will arrive this day, Epcot/Teppan Edo for dinner, I will stay for Illuminations, but I doubt the others will.

Wednesday, July 29th - Trent plans for a waterpark this day. Not sure who else will go.

Thursday, July 30th - Jill calls this the Four Parks, One Day Extravaganza. Epcot, Cape May, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom parade, Magic Kingdom at night.

Friday, July 31st - Jill said something crazy about sleeping late. :)

Saturday, August 1st - transfer to Wilderness Lodge, spend some time there, Whispering Canyon for lunch, not sure about the evening.

Sunday, August 2nd - not sure, everyone is so happy about being at WL, we haven't talked much about leaving it.

Monday, August 3rd - probably one last sweep through Magic Kingdom in the morning, whatever Jill wants to do before we get picked up by unMagical Express in the evening.

Jill can fill in more, because she's in charge of the planning. I'm not a lot of help right now. We do want to see Fantasmic one night.
I'm game for whatever anyone wants to do. I plan to keep the girls a couple of times so Jill and John can go play, I plan to walk around alone some to take pictures, and I plan to take just Brooklynn for some 'MeMom and me' time. Drew and Mitchell can't decide if they're going to Disney or Universal, and I think the girls are not going. Who knows with them? If they're there, we won't see them much, I'm sure. I think there will be some times where John will go with Trent and Jarvis and all the girls will hang out. There will also hopefully be at least one short time where just Jill and I can run down to Downtown Disney and shop uninterrupted.

Okay, about the eggs...

How long do you boil yours when you are making deviled eggs?

Deviled eggs for church camp? ;)

Fifteen minutes for a few?
Twenty or so for two dozen and then let them sit in the water untouched for a little while?

If you decide to get busy with other things and forget them until you smell something and wonder who is cooking something when no one is here...
and you realize you've made hour and eleven minute eggs...
just go ahead and throw them out without even cracking them. :)

not sure if a consensus has been reached but i vote for blue. my favorite is actually this green but i don't think that was an option. green is my favorite color.....i know...i'm weird!

i see now that blue won. yay! i love blue, third behind green and purple.

memom - i can't help you on deviled eggs but my mom could. too bad she's in bed right now! hers are supposedly really good. i don't like them so i don't know. it's amazing that i grew up in the family that i did and i don't eat deviled eggs, beans, fried chicken or coleslaw. they all think i'm insane.
