Brooklynn takes Bella to meet Cinderella! Page 242 Downtown Disney

We were headed to the Play and Dine breakfast at Hollywood Studios and Brooklynn was stylin'!

This is the cuttest pic ever! I LOVE the little purse and shades! ;)

I'm all caught up. Seeing all those cute pics and reading things like
She is more than I deserve to have in my life, but I am so glad God saw fit to put her in it anyway.
was just what I needed. I am glad you are willing to adopt more ladies who need mommies and litttle girls who need MeMom's-we over here in Az fit the bill. Can't wait to continue reading and being there in spirit.

Looks like it's going to be Birthday Wishes, the special MeMom's Birthday Edition. Free Casey's for everyone! I've heard they're going to do my name in fireworks, too. Won't that be cool? :)

Did I hear free Casey's for everyone????

:dance3:

I might have to make a surprise appearance!

I think Wishes is the perfect way to end the day. It's MK. It's classic. It's Wishes! (and perhaps a Mickey bar!)

15 Days to go. 3 weeks from now we will be sleeping (sorry CP!) This will be our last day as POP guests and we plan to take it easy after the birthday extravaganza!

Today's picture is from last summer. Brooklynn was so excited to meet the Little Einsteins. Now I think she would rather meet the stars of Hannah Montana, Sonny Is A Chance, Zack and Cody, and her favorite 'Wagerly' Place!

This is the weekend to run all our last minute errands. Next weekend we will be in KY for John's brother's wedding reception. The wedding in Ohio was too far for people to travel so they are having a reception up there for everyone. So I have to go buy my socks and other supplies this weekend.

Have a great Friday everyone!

Happy 'Only 15 days left' Day! Yaaayy!

It's crazy how much can change from one summer to the next... from loving the Little Einsteins to loving Hannah Montana and Zack & Cody! Brooklynn is too cute!

I love all the daily pics and can't believe how right around the corner the trip is. Where in Kentucky are you headed?

i just realized that the day you start your disney vacation, we will be starting home from our canadian vacation. only one more week of work!! I can't wait...i'm ready for a vacation!! I'm sure you can relate to that!! :cool1:

Yep, and I really will be after camp is over. It is exhausting. Lots of fun, but very tiring.

MeMom --- Any cell phone that has text messaging can be used to twitter. You sign up for a twitter account and then under settings, then devices you can add your cell phone number. Twitter sends you a text message and then they give you a number to text your "tweets" too. You can also do photos which I didn't do last time but will this time. I really had a great time Twittering! Too much fun. It was like bringing the disboards with me. :lmao:

We'll probably be doing that. I've been following along with Maverick Mike, who is Twittering from there this week.

She just got two new pairs of sunglasses for this trip, too.

Any time.
I hope we can do the Twitter and let everyone be there with us!

If you are there sitting on the curb with us, your hot dog will be free, I promise. Fries, too. :)

That's true - it is classic, so we'll just forget the other plans and go with this one.

I think she's going to like them all!

Jill your trip is so close... last weekend at home - hooray!

Busy, but a fun kind of busy knowing that what you are doing is getting you ready for you trip.

I love all the daily pics and can't believe how right around the corner the trip is. Where in Kentucky are you headed?

Since the 35 day mark, the wait has just flown.

Keep Jill and John in your thoughts this afternoon as they attend the memorial service for a baby boy born to one of John's groomsmen and his wife. He was diagnosed with a diease at 5 weeks and was about 95% through with the treatment when he suddenly took a turn for the worse and passed away this week. I believe she said he's about nine months old. We know there is a heartbroken family right now who doesn't understand this at all, but hopefully they will be comforted by the love and support of extended family and friends as they go through this grief. This will be a hard day for everyone, and as I always say in any case of loss, it reminds us to treat every day with gratitude and let every person we love know it every day.

How heartbreaking. I will say a prayer for all of them. I just couldn't imagine - the thought just makes me cry:sad1:

Im sitting here looking at my 16 month old and that just breaks my heart.

That's okay! Imagining what you are doing will make getting through the faculty meeting a little bit easier. I will daydream about you all eating Pop waffles while our AP drones on about duty stations.

Hurray for being down to last-minute errands! I am super excited for you guys that your trip is sooooo close! :goodvibes

This is just heartbreaking! :grouphug:

I am so sorry to hear about Jill and John's friends' loss. They will be in my thoughts and I will be thankful for all I have.

Almost 2 weeks to go!! I can't wait to hear how the 4 park in 1 day goes!

Jill and John, you're in my thoughts and prayers  That's such a terrible tragedy :sad2:

OK, I'm only caught up through pg. 4, but I just have to say... we have almost identical dates both in July & in December! We'll be at AKV-Kidani from 7/25-7/30, and then again from Dec. 27-Jan. 1. The July trip is our first anniversary, and the December trip will include my parents, DH's mom, and DH's brother... and we still have another room booked, so we may have more family along as well.

EDITED TO ADD: My thoughts and prayers go out to your friend's family... I can't even begin to imagine the heartbreak they're going through right now.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers guys. It has been a tough few days since we found out about Gage's passing on Wednesday. The couple also has a little girl just a few months older than Brooklynn. John ended up going without me today because I was so physically ill at the thought I knew I couldn't handle seeing the casket for such a small soul just a little older than my precious one. I really wanted to go and support them but knew I couldn't right now so I just told John to let them know I was thinking about them and to call if they needed anything. John said the parents were holding up well and they made loose plans to get the girls together to play sometime in August or early September when things settle down. The little boy was diagnosed with Wolman's disease. At 5 month's old he had a stem cell transplant. Last week he was 95% donor and his blood type had changed. They had informed the family that if his numbers remained stable on Friday and Tuesday he would be released from Vandy for good and able to return to Huntsville under the care of his regular pediatrician. On Friday his numbers were good and they let him come home for the holiday weekend. Sometime over the weekend he started vomiting and having diarrhea. His mom rushed him to the ER and when they arrived he was unresponsive and not breathing. They put him on the machines and waited until Monday for all the doctors to come run tests and give their prognosis. After the tests were run they met with Charles and Mary and let them know the machines were the only thing that were keeping him here and they decided to go ahead and say goodbye and remove him from the machines. His little body fought so hard the 9 months that he was on this Earth and in his death many people have remembered to hug their children a little tighter and remember what is truly important in life. Gage was such a cutie with a head full of red hair and a gorgeous smile and he will be greatly missed but his little body does not have to fight anymore. I'm sure he is heaven swinging, one of his favorite things to do and that brings a little comfort to such a sad event. Hug your loved ones tight and let them know you love them because you never know whst the future holds.

Oh, my heart is just breaking. :( Here I am complaining that I'm coming down with the flu, when I have absolutely nothing to complain about. My thoughts & prayers are with Gage's family and friends.
