Anyone have a recommendation for a good broker to sell our points? I know a Jackie has been mentioned. Yes I know there is one sponsoring the site, but I want to know all my options for the least amount of hassle. Thanks.

I have listed my resales with all 3 at the same time in the past for maximum exposure.

Can't beat Jerry and Jamie at The Timeshare Store (link is at top of this post).

They got the best price ($76/point with buyers paying closing and member fees) for our 350 point BWV sale in February.

Most brokers are non-exclusive, so there is nothing but paperwork stopping you from using TSS plus the other two mentioned above.

The following is my opinion:

If I were selling, I would go w TSS. I think they have the most buyers.

If I were buying, I like the fact that Jaki/**** and Shontelle share listings (which TSS doesnt).

I would not bother w Fidelity/GMAC. They have tremendous inventory as DVC funnels folks to them, but I dont think they do a good job selling the contracts (they let Jaki/**** and Shonetelle do their selling)

The Timeshare Store is the best. I have never heard or read of any issues with them
