Broken strap on crocs

My granddaughter broke the strap on her disney crocs. Does anyone know where you can get a replacement? Thank you

What part of the strap did she break? If it is just the little black piece that holds the strap on you can call Crocs and get the piece from them. I had this happen and gave them a call looking to buy the piece from them. However, they said they would send me a new one right away, no problem at all. The next day I recieved a little bag of them in the mail.

They were red disney crocs with a black strap. It broke on the circle part that goes around the croc "button". I'll try to look up the number on the crocs.com site. Thank you

They will replace the strap for you as well as the rivets. My daughter's back strap on her Mary Janes broke a couple weeks ago. I called the company and they offered a free replacement, no questions asked. Talk about customer service!

I've had success super-gluing the rip in my son's croc.

DH's VT button on his crocs broke. All I did was contact customer service & they sent replacement in the mail quickly. Love crocs
