Has anyone ever done this? I have 4 lbs of frozen crab legs that are thawing in the refrigerator. I would like to broil them rather than boil, but I'm not sure how to do that. They are not cut. Do I put anything on them? Do I broil or bake and for how long?

Thanks.

when they are thawed, snap them at each joint and use a kitchen knife to split them the long way. pour a one cup melted butter, lemon, garlic salt and a mashed clove of whole , salt and pepper mixture over them on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 4-7 minutes depending on their size(most will need 4 or 5) and serve right away. They have to be split and cut.

Kitchen shears work better for clutzes like me. :lmao: The white undershell cuts easier.

I've never broiled, I steam or boil mine - having them tonight for dinner.
