Brisket at Whispering Canyon Cafe

How is the brisket that is on the skillet at WCC? We, well I am so bummed out about the shrimp being gone. I like brisket and I just wondering how it is. Thanks.

Awesome!! It's very tender and just melts in your mouth. We never had the skiller with shrimp because my dad is allergic, but I've had the brisket in previous trips and it's awesome.

we had the skillet in Feb and the brisket was good Good GOOOD! I am a big fan of brisket and this was moist, tender, and Tasty!

I was sad about the shrimp too. I didn't try the brisket, but my DH LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it....as you can probably tell...he doesn't get brisket served at home!

We thought the brisket was good, we ate here two years ago and there wasn't any shrimp either. Is this a seasonal thing?
